Receiver: The receiver has a built-in induction coil to receive the magnetic field signal of the pipeline, and the coil generates an induced current to calculate the direction and path of the pipeline. Generally, there are three receiving modes: peak mode (maximum value), valley mode (minimum value), and broad peak mode; in addition, more advanced instruments generally have a peak arrow mode (combining the advantages of both peak and valley values, so that Operation is more intuitive) and compass guide (used to indicate the direction of the pipeline).

2. Application
Underground pipeline detectors are basically divided into two categories, pipeline detectors that use the principle of electromagnetic induction, and pipeline radars that use electromagnetic waves. Which underground pipeline detector to choose depends on the actual situation and consider the actual factors before making a decision.
At this time you need to understand your own needs, such as the scope of application of the pipeline instrument, test methods and functions. Generally, you can choose a pipeline instrument with simple operation, intuitive interface, and detection ability that meets your application requirements. 3. Understand the function of the pipeline instrument and whether the sounding ability meets your needs
4. Is the configuration of accessories complete, such as clamps (usually used for cable detection in dense areas), rechargeable batteries (saving detection costs), etc.
5. The sustainable development of the instrument, the ever-changing technology, whether it can be upgraded, is also a test standard for the instrument
6. The compatibility of the instrument, whether it can receive and transmit frequency is wide, which is conducive to detection and expand the use.
